بررسی ترجیحات زنان در فضای عمومی مجتمع های مسکونی محصور - مطالعه موردی مجتمع مسکونی آتی ساز

چکیده
این مطالعه ­به بررسی نیازها و ترجیحات زنان در فضای عمومی مجتمع­های مسکونی می­ پردازد. به دلیل اینکه نوع و گسترش فعالیت ­های بیرونی در محیط ­های ساخته شده به میزان بسیار زیادی تحت ­تأثیر برنامه ­ریزی فیزیکی و کالبدی قرار دارد، بررسی مفهوم سبک زندگی به ­عنوان مجموعه ­ای جامع از کارکردها و واقعیت ­های زندگی مردم می­تواند منجر به شناخت نیازها و خواسته ­های بهتر ساکنان در برنامه ­ریزی فضایی محیط ­های مسکونی ­شود. با­توجه­ به این موضوع که زنان نیمی از جمعیت هر جامعه ­ای را تشکیل می ­دهند و بخش عمده ­ای از کارکردهای خانواده را بـر عهده دارند، درنظرگرفتن ترجیحات و نیازهای آنان در شکل­ گیری محیط ­های مسکونی می ­تواند به­سلامت جسمی، روانی و کیفیت زندگی آنان کمک کند. بااین ­حال بررسی رفتارهای مسکن مبتنی بر سبک زندگی زنان در ادبیات موضوع به ­ندرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته­ است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی نیازهای کلی از طریق کشف نیازهای فردی زنان بوده و ازآنجایی­که نقطه شروع این پژوهش بررسی نیازهای فردی ­­است مطالعه خودمردم نگاری به ­عنوان روش تحقیق­ انتخابی در پاسخ ­دهی به چیستی الگوی فعالیت زنان و شناخت ترجیحات آنان در محیط مسکونی در نظر گرفته شد و به­ منظور سازمان‌دهی داده‌های کیفی و تجزیه ­و­تحلیل متن گزارش­ ها از تکنیک کدگذاری با روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شد.  نتایج بر اساس تجزیه­ وتحلیل گزارش ­های ارائه شده، نشان می­دهد سبک زندگی زنان در فضای عمومی مجتمع ­های مسکونی چندوجهی بوده و با­توجه­ به ارتباط با خود، دیگران، محیط طبیعی، محیط کالبدی و در زمان­بندی شخصی افراد شناسایی می­شود. این مضامین الزامات مربوط به نیازها و ترجیحات مبتنی بر سبک زندگی را توصیف می ­کنند  و حاکی از آن است که برخی از نیازمندی­ ها جنبه عمومی­ تر داشته و برخی دیگر نیازمندی­ های منحصربه ­فرد زنان را شامل می­شود که می ­بایست در زمان طراحی و اجرای محیط ­های مسکونی آینده در نظر گرفته شوند.

چکیده English

This study examines the needs and preferences of women in the public spaces of gated communities. Given that the type and extent of outdoor activities in built environments are heavily influenced by physical and spatial planning, exploring the concept of lifestyle as a comprehensive set of functions and realities of people's lives can lead to a better understanding of the needs and desires of residents in spatial planning of residential environments. Considering that women constitute half of the population of any society and are responsible for a significant portion of family functions, taking into account their preferences and needs in shaping residential environments can contribute to their physical, mental health, and overall quality of life. However, research on housing behaviors based on women's lifestyles is rarely examined in the literature. The aim of this study was to identify general needs by discovering individual women's needs. Given that the starting point of this research is the examination of individual needs, autoethnography was chosen as the research method, and thematic analysis was used to organize qualitative data and analyze the text reports. The results, based on the analysis of the presented reports, indicate that women's lifestyles in the public spaces of gated communities are multifaceted and can be identified in relation to self, others, the natural environment, the built environment, and personal scheduling. These themes describe the requirements and preferences based on lifestyle and indicate that some requirements are more general, while others include unique women's needs that must be considered in the design and implementation of future residential environments.
