Assessing the feasibility of smart city indicators with emphasis on economic, social, environmental and physical components

The realization and development of smartness in cities is an undeniable necessity, and knowing the pillars and implementation of smartness strategies in the city can attract more opportunities and free the city from physical, economic, managerial, etc. impasses and lead to the progress and development of the city. . Therefore, the purpose of this research is to answer the question, which elements of urban smartness are more important in the studied area? And the hypothesis of the research was that among the elements of economic factors, environmental factors, environmental factors and social factors, which are more important in making the city of Isfahan smart. The method of collecting documentary and field information is used in this research to extract the indicators of urban smartness and express the research literature from the documentary method and from the field method to collect the data needed to check the indicators. The sampling method for the sample community of experts (faculty members and doctoral students with related dissertations) and experts was done by snowball and for the sample community of city managers by simple random sampling. Also, the results of the research with Tukey's post hoc test show that there is a significant difference between the elements and indicators of urban smartness, and in this regard, the indicators of environmental factors with 10 indicators, economic factors with 15 indicators, environmental factors with 7 indicators and social factors with 5 indicators Sanje are of significant importance in Isfahan metropolis. Also, the results of the path analysis showed that the dimension of economic factors has the greatest impact compared to other dimensions.
