After submitting
Tracking Submission Status

Upon submitting an article, the corresponding author can track its progress at any stage through their account on the journal's website. Additionally, any updates regarding the submission status will be communicated via email.

Initial Review and Peer Review Process

If the submitted article passes the initial evaluation and the editorial board approves it, the corresponding author will be notified via their account and email. The article then proceeds to the peer review stage. At this point, the corresponding author will be asked to pay the peer review fee. For further details on the review process, refer to the Peer Review Process section under the journal information tab.

Revisions and Editorial Processing

Upon receiving approval from the reviewers, the article may be returned to the author for revisions, if necessary. After the required modifications are made and the reviewers' final approval is secured, the journal’s editorial team will edit the article. If any editorial issues or inaccuracies in the references require author intervention, the author must make the necessary corrections. At this stage, the corresponding author is requested to pay the publication fee to finalize acceptance and proceed with publication. For details regarding fees, refer to the Publication Fees.

Final Approval and Publication

The article is then formatted and returned to the author(s) for final approval. Confirmation by all authors is mandatory at this stage. Once the final approval is granted, the article is ready for publication. To check the timeline and further details, visit the Article Acceptance Process section under the journal information tab.

Author Modifications Before Publication

Before the article is published, authors can request modifications such as adding, removing, or reordering author names, provided the journal deems the reasons valid and justifiable. To request author order modifications, the corresponding author must complete the Author Modification Request Form, which must be signed by all authors and submitted to the journal.

Post-Publication Corrections

If authors identify errors in their published article, they must notify the journal and collaborate to make the necessary corrections or retract the article if required.
